that it took the Israelites 40 years wandering in the wilderness when it could have been an 11 day trip to the Promised Lands. Whenever they met trouble they wanted to turn around and go home to Egypt forgetting why they left in the first place.

I can truly empathize. I have been wandering for 4 years trying to put all of the puzzle pieces of my life back together after it blew apart with the brain tumor and pulmonary emboli.

Deep in my soul I knew my life would never be the same but in my struggles I just couldn’t let go of the past. I am always looking at what was instead of what is and want to go back home to Texas.

I still struggle with that today but less than before. Maybe my time in the wilderness is almost complete. I pray my journeys do lead me home to my children and an abundant life but for now I am just going with the flow. 4 years ago

asked me to go to the park with him while he took some photos. He wanted to show me his studio…the natural beauty of Glacier National Park.

Have to admit you couldn’t ask for a more beautiful studio. We hiked along and he showed me the cabin where Charles Russell stayed in the summers painting his famous western art collections. It was right on shores Lake McDonald tucked back in a forest. I loved it!

Something has to give as the tensions reach a breaking point. The more rigid you are in holding on to a current position, the greater the shock waves are that can crash through your life. But practicing flexibility, both physically and mentally, enables you to make great strides toward your goals. According to 7 Thunders the Eight of Diamonds tells you that you will have a considerable amount of financial power. The power to make money is yours and this is power that you probably want to use for some special purpose. Financial power can come from many avenues. You could earn the money or you could borrow the money but one thing is for sure. In order to have this financial power, you will have to get very clear on how much money you want and what the purpose of having that money will be. You see, the Eight of Diamonds means focusing and concentrating our VALUES, and making choices about what is most important in our life and what is not. A friend lent me “Life was never meant to be a struggle” by Stuart Wilde to read. It is a short but very well written piece about giving up struggling and going with your authentic flow.
