Take a trip to Europe

I would love to travel all around Europe but I especially want to go to Hungary because my Grandfather (Nagypapa in Hungarian) was from there. I have always wanted to see the land where he came from so I have already started saving.

We have begun saving modest amounts toward this goal. I truly believe it may be YEARS until we reach a savings amount that makes a fun, all-out European vacation a reasonable possibility.

On the bright side…several years beats the hell out of “it’ll never happen…quit dreaming”...doesn’t it?

Go for 1 month long trip and see as much as I can or spread out 2-3 trips over a period of 2 or 3 weeks each.

This goal might as well be “Fly to the moon” right now. We’re a long way off financially from this one. But…if Tony gets the promotion he’s up for…it would enter the realm of possibility. So everyone send positive thoughts my way, will ya?

yet but I’m sure it will be worth it. I’m marking it off here because I transferred it over to my 43Places. Although, I had to select each location individually. I know I’d like to see Ireland, England, Germany, France, and Romania because that’s where my ancestry hails from. However, I also added Italy because of the history and beauty. And, I added Prague because a friend who went told me it is a must see.

I’m of European decent so it would be cool to see some of the countries that my various family members come from.

I was originally planning on going this year but I think this trip will have to wait a little longer. Hopefully, next year.
