own a domain name

I have roughly 10 domain names registered at the moment. Most of which I intend to build sites for in the very near future.

At the moment I am mainly using a domain name with my full name as my email address (me@myname.co.uk) and I find that this is really good to give out to people and looks really good on application forms and CVs.

Definitely worth doing even if it is just registering your name as a domain name like I have done so far. But also it has got to be rewarding to build sites for domains you have purchased.

..and people normally remembers my email. I need to update my pages though. I have my family name, http://hagwall.com, which is very convenient.

How hard is it to find ones own domain name? very hard… only because of credit cards and online payment issues, how could i go around this?

I can change internet providers whenever i like, i never have to tell people a new email address … bit of a pain when i pay other people to provide the services and they do a bad job of it though!
