I was thinking it was impossible to lose the 26 pounds I need to lose in 5 months…but then someone popped up on this website who had nearly done just that. I am inspired. Here’s the idea:
Start Weight: 140 lbs
Goal Weight: 114 lbs
Stage One: 9 lbs
7 Weeks
1.3 pounds per week
131 lbs
Stage Two: 9 lbs
7 Weeks
1.3 pounds per week
122 lbs
Stage Three: 8 lbs
7 Weeks
1.1 pounds per week
114 lbs
Wish me luck :) Although, all it will take is believing in myself.

I have officially lost 21 pounds…and it took me exactlly 12 weeks to lose! I only have 4 more pounds, until I reach this second weight loss goal. I am currently @ 133, and will be at 129 to complete this stage! Will keep all posted, thanks,

I broke down my weight loss goal into 3 stages:
First, I had a goal to lose 15 lbs. I did that- 16 to be exact.
Second, I would like to drop another 10 lbs. This is what I’m doing now. That would weight me in at 129.
Third, I would like to drop 6 final lbs.
My start weight was : 154 lbs
My current weight is : 138 lbs
My 2nd stage goal is : 129 lbs
My final goal weight: 123 lbs.

Right, now I am setting my mind to this. Out of the diet is going the fizzy drinks and chocolate and crisps. The exercise regime is back on too. I took a photo of myself the other day and I really need to sort myself out, so here goes.

I have set a goal: I will lose 26 lb in 3 months. I will also get fit. I will exercise 30 mins a day and cut my food portions. I am going to eat 3 small meals and 3 small snacks and drink 8 tea/ water/ coffee beverages. I am going to have a glass of wine 3 x a week.
This is my personal mountain.

o.k i have at least 26 pounds to lose for next september 2008 , i not only want to lose the extra weight i’m carrying but get fit. so hope to incorporate into a fitness programme.i have ten full months to do this …

So I weighed in at weight watchers last night, and can I just say that I feel amazing? Since I started 5 weeks ago. I have lost 6 lbs. So I am 6lbs closer. Which means that I have 20lbs left!!! WOOOT WOOOT!
I think that I am going to work super hard and by the end of september, I’d like to be at an ideal weight. I am only doing this so that I will be happy in my own skin. And you know? It’s working. :-)
