Send out Christmas cards in 2005

Seeing as it’s now November 2006…

OK, so it’s now November 2006, and I didn’t quite meet the Christmas 2005 goal. But at least it is one of the few more definite goals of my 43 things. So I can honestly cross it off the list as “did not do”. Last year, though, I got some really cool cards from my artist friends, so I am inspired to try again this year (2006). And I have convinced myself that nobody cares if their address is on a mailing lable rather than being hand written. So that makes it easier.

This goal is coming off my list, to be replaced by the goal of “making my 43 things more specific and actually doable”. I think it’s the only way that this site will become more than just a land or procrastination for me!

I used my “Boxing Day” card idea to send letters and postcards to about 20 friends. It took me way too long, and I sent the last ones out in early March. Still, the impetus to write to my friends at all came from this idea, so I still say, “victory is mine!”

well, christmas 2005 rolled around and i never sent those cards like i was supposed to.

next year, maybe?

Look. They have forgotten. I would like to, too.

i did not do this goal…and since its 2006, its safe to say that i will not. so im changing it. to send out just because cards in 2006…

and the ones I didn’t can wait till next Christmas!

I still have a few to go

this didn’t happen. the cards are still coming, though.
