How I did it: I just started making a list of goals and wrote an entry for each one.
I was so surprised the next morning when I saw someone cheered me.
I felt responsible: "this person is cheering me, I don't want to disappoint her/him".

Does anyone really decide they are going to get cheered? No. I guess it helps to cheer others, but these aren’t always returned. I guess eventually, if you are active enough, people will cheer you, and it is most definitely worth it :) Thanks to the many, many people who have cheered me over the past 3 years, I really appreciate your encouragement.
