sillyb living a life without boundaries.
Well we just got a lab puppy and i love him to bits, i’m now addicted to dogs! I originally wanted a beagle but because of the howling we couldn’t, we got the lab coz they’re meant to be quieter and he howls and barks like a maniac!! We’re planning on getting another dog in the next few years and i’m hoping to get a beagle.
So fingers crossed, i guess this will just be a long term goal for now.

i’m oreary at times too… i just want one, okay? i’m willing to deal with all of its quirks as a trade-off for its cuteness. and how wonderful would it be to have cats and dogs living together as one big happy family? i want.

I love my beagle so much. She loves to cuddle and play and she’s so energetic! Though, she’s got to be the most stubborn, untrained dog in the world. Heh!

We’ve owned one for about 4 months now, and he’s a total sweetheart. We named him Dublin because he has freckles, just like his irish daddy (my husband). I’d definitely recommend getting one. They’re great family pets and absolutely love people. He also gets along very well with our new Scottish Terrier.

Beagle is one of the most adorable dogs on earth.. they are cute, smart and can be a great companion.. anyhow, this could only happen if you give them time & love…

are they cute and adorable? yes
but know what you’re getting into
These dogs are made for hunting. They love to bark and sniff. They love food. They have lots of energy.
Only get 1 if you are committed to giving it a good life- exercise, attention, care

She stinks, she snores, she takes up half the bed. She barks, she howls and she’s always chewing on something she’s not supposed to be chewing on. She also steals my food right off my plate.
But-
I love her! I wouldn’t trade her for the most well behaved dog in the world. She’s like a child to me. She’s always making me laugh too.
If you don’t have much time, a beagle isn’t for you. They require lots of attention. They also require a fenced yard because they will try and run away after the scent of something.
They are great dogs though, and if you’re 100% sure they are the dog for you, GET ONE!

Okay. I’ve wanted a Beagle for like, years! Can anyone tell me all the pros and cons about them and if they make good pets? I’ve done tons of research on my own, but I would like to know from someone who currently has one or had one for a long time! THANKS!!

someday, i would love to have a dog – preferably a beagle. but my cat would be too jealous – he doesn’t like dogs.

I probably talk about my beagle way too much. But, honestly, I can’t think of a more perfect dog. She’s adorable, and cuddly, and loves me as much as I love her. There is not a more perfect dog out there than a beagle.
