Open an account, put $ in there whenever I can, as much as possible, for my daughter's college fund

is doing so good in school. I am so damn proud of her. Does she know it? She’s probably sick of hearing it! She’s been determined, she stays after school, she does extra credit, she even gets tough with herself when she needs to. She knows how important it is to me that they go to college, but what makes it waaay more special is that she wants it more than I do, just the way it should be. I can’t believe I created such an amazing force of nature. I can’t believe, how much goodness comes out of her teenage soul. I can’t believe in about 2 years my baby will be going to college. I can’t believe I’m getting all teary-eyed just writing this.

Might have to stop at the bank after work now and add that $3 I have left over. Every single bit counts

My daughter has every intention on going to college. She will be a Sophomore in August. I MUST start saving now, I don’t want the fact that I’m a single Mama to be in the way of anything. I am always preaching that anything is possible, and this should be no different. This weekend I’m going to the bank and opening one up.
