Feeling flabby sucks. But lounging around doing nothing about it sucks even more…I don’t know why, being lazy on just about anything is my worst enemy. Perhaps getting a trainer might do the trick but I don’t want to spend!!! I hate this.

Ever since I was young I was always fairly active. In my high school years and afterwards I got into running a lot. Of course when college time came around, I began slacking off and just wasn’t motivated. Dating and being in relationships with guys that weren’t into fitness didn’t help much either.
Fast forward from that… Once I got together with my husband though, my love for exercise reappeared! I was thrilled once I discovered that he also enjoyed being in shape and together we’ve explored and shared a lot of methods…
Boxing. Muay Thai. Running. Hiking. Surfing. Bodyboarding. Cycling. Jiu Jitsu. Karate. Swimming. Pilates.
Not to mention the standard fitness routine with squats, push ups, sit ups, lunges, and weight training!
I love how exercising makes me feel inside and especially how connected I am with my husband after we’ve worked out and given it our all.
And there’s nothing like that healthy after glow!
