2 of which are Live & functional, the 3rd I havne’t really invested much time in, and don’t use.
It really is time I marked this goal as complete.
Yes I’d like to create a bigger better, all singing all dancing website. But the fact is I set the goal to have a live & functioning one- and I have two of those- when is that going to be good enough for me?
Now :)

I seem to be having difficulty gettin the colours of the logo showing appropriately, need to spend more time fiddling with things to get that bit right!
Progress is being made… need to post testimonials next, and details of the courses also!

I’ve now got a draft booking page with a paypal button for the “What’s YOUR Strategy?” workshop I’m running on the 4th April.
i’m soo excited!!
I’m really proud of myself on this project, it took a while to get the ball rolling but now its really really taking shape.
I’ve changed the template to a better one so it looks tidier and more professional.
I’ve also written 4 blogs in the last week which I’m really proud of!
I could mark this goal as finished but I have 2 more websites to get up to http://www.managementmatters.ie standard, the other 2 have the basics there but it will take a few weeks to get them up to standard also! I need to take some time and redo the logo I have at the right resolution and shape for those websites as well as write the copy for them.
I am so happy and grateful to be able to achieve this!!

i’ve also found a new template which is similar but smarter so I’ve updated that, and written a new blog entry also.
Check it out and please do give me feedback, good and bad, all is gratefully received :)

Have you set your business goals/targets for 2009?
Do you know what you really want to achieve in your business in 2009?
Do you know what you want in your life in 2009?
Last night I delivered a goal setting seminar for the Fingal Women In Business Network and only half of the business women there had set goals for 2009. If you set out on a journey and didn’t know where you were going how could you possibly arrive where you wanted to go?
Setting goals is an essential tool for business owners, and it’s also a must have tool if you want to live a fulfilling life.
My goal setting seminar started at the basics, you have to get to know and understand what you want, what you really really want. NOT what you think other people want of you. Not what your parents expect of you, not what your partner wants from you.
If you try to please others what happens is that 9 times out of 10 you’ll disappoint the other person anyway, and even if you don’t you’ll be miserable in the process because you’re neglecting your own needs. I call this a loose loose situation.
If you identify what you want and work towards achieving it you’ll feel more fulfilled, happier, more relaxed, and generally more fun to be around which has a huge positive effect on everyone around you, colleagues, employees, suppliers, family, friends. This is what I call a true Win-Win situation.
What way do you want to play your life?
Win- Win
or
Lose Lose
?
Now is time to set the goals that you want, the things you want to do/have/achieve, give yourself permission to dream big and you’ll carry the people around you along for an enjoyable ride too!

I finally have www.managementmatters.ie set up, it’s pretty damn good considering it was all for free!! And I did it all myself, which I’m quite proud of. There’s lots to improve upon, everytime I go onto it I change it a bit more :)
lifematters then employmentmatters are next and they’re almost sorted with the domain transfer, so hopefully only a week or two till they’re done too!!
I won’t mark this goal as completed until all 3 are done and dusted though!

I’ve updated it a bit more, it’s not exactly as I want it but I was talking to software developers last week and they may be people who have the skills or know the people who can actually deliver what I want.
I’ve started a temporary site for www.lifematters.ie on jimdo too, so that at least I have something to show my clients/prospective clients.
