And I am proud of myself for doing it….So I’m done.
How to participate in one 10K before the end of the year...
It made me
blissful 
"I committed to run/walking with my family at Thanksgiving."
How I did it: My family signed up en masse to a Turkey Trot 5k in Pittsburgh. When one of my nephews dropped out, I took his place. I decided that "to continue is to succeed," (quote from a wonderful movie), and didn't push...and I did 16-minute miles.
Lessons & tips: As always, a support system is vital.
