buy my dream car

I’m graduating from college in June and want to buy my dream car within a year of graduation. Considering I don’t have very big dreams for a car (no porsches for me) I think it’s doable.

Right now I don’t drive but take the bus everywhere. To get to my dream car I first have to meet some other goals on my list including getting a good job out of college.

I’m starting this goal at the very beginning. Tonight I’m searching for my dream car online and figuring out how much I need to save to get my car.

BE HAPPY AND PROUD OF MYSELF

I don’t think I am setting my sights too high; over in NOVA, everybody’s driving one of these things. I already wanted the car before I realized that. I just want it because it’s pretty…and it comes in a hybrid now. And it’s not quite an SUV-saurus. I still haven’t decided on the color. My other choice is another Toyota Camry, just with more options than the one I have now. The funny thing is, I think I would be just as happy with my updated Camry as I would be with the Lexus truck.

This won’t happen in at least 5 more years.

Ok ;) so i got the car of my dreams (& with an extra kink to it – hello personalized plates with my name & dob on it hehehehe!)

The only thing keeping me from driving it is not having the driver’s licence yet (ADT are bastards and didn’t let me pass my 2nd try at the driver’s test because of some retards passing with a red light from the opposite direction while my light was GREEN. Can you beleive that??)

Anyway!

I suppose theres a difference between the car you want and the car you’ll be able to afford. If i won millions in the lottery my dream car to buy would be a yellow Ferrari F430. They are the most beautiful cars ever, in my oppion anyway.
And then theres the car you want and are more likely going to be able to afford. Mine would have to be a Lotus Elise SC. A lovely wee car thats small and light and very fast. And the price range is around £33,000 which is a good bit cheeper than around £120,000 for the Ferrari.

=) I’ve always been a fan of Japanese cars & see myself driving nothing but a mini SUV. Hopefully i’ll be going to see this baby at the Dealer’s tomorrow!

I finally got it! I bought it through ebay. And although, I have yet to pick it up (I’m picking it up this Monday)... I know it was worth it! Even if it doesn’t run, (even though the seller promised it does) I’ll be glad I bought it. I’ve been wanting this car for years… so I know that even if it doesn’t run, I’ll make it my project :)
