I thought it was a really good experience and it was great to see inside the mosque. It’s something that I’m glad I got the chance to do.
How to visit a mosque
It made me
Peaceful 
"Peace"
How I did it: I visited some mosques while I lived at Turkey, and also in my hometown. So, you just have to take the decision and dont feel as if you are a stranger.
Lessons & tips: - If you are a girl cover your head, arms and legs
- Both, women and men take off your shoes
- If possible go with a friend so you dont feel as a stranger
- Try to not go during the daily prayers if you dont pretend to pray
- You can go there a friday even if it is the day when the community comes together; the people is nice with you and try to show you their traditions.
Resources: It is always helpfull for girls to bring something to cover the head.

Absolutely beautiful. The Holy Mosque and the Kaabah – surreal. My favourite mosque – The Prophet’s Mosque in Medina.
