How I did it: When my brother and I was about 7 years old, we were going to the ocean one day (we live right at the beach) and so we desided to make our own messages in bottles, I don't remember to much of it, but I think I draw a painting of my self or something... its wasn't really that funny, once i had thrown the bottle on the ocean i was thinking... hmm ok, now what? How I did it: I spent the day at Cassadaga with my friends Brittany and Myk. Then, I went to Daytona Beach and we made our messages. We threw them into the ocean and later, I saw someone walking with one of them that had apparently washed back up shore. It's so exciting. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I didn't want to throw any glass bottles in the sea because I felt bad for polluting it. My way was more an experiment. I left 12 glass bottles in public places in Manchester with stamped addressed envelopes rolled up in them to my friends around the world. Each envelope contained a poem. Each bottle had a message on the outside explaining and inviting the finder to contribute their own addition on the envelope. About 5 of them reached th… Read how I did it…

Paul Eccles Trying Not To Go Crazy in a Crazy World
While I have yet to do this I plan to some day do it.

This is one of those silly goals that I just think would be fun to achieve. I’d write something inspirational on a note, along with the date, and put it in a glass bottle. Then I’d just toss it right into the sea. Sounds really fun.
The hard part will be actually sit down and write the message.

The thing that will probably take me the most time will be the writing of the message.
This is one of those silly goals that I just think would be fun to achieve. I’d go to some secluded beach on a clear night with stars shining in the sky. I’d write something inspirational on a note, along with the date, and put it in a glass bottle. Then I’d just toss it right into the sea. Sounds awefully fun.
This entry officially marks the setting of this goal.
YOU5LCKY goin backpackin
we are trying to plan a trip to Portland in hopefully August, but definitely this summer.

i’m sending this message in hopes of helping someone else as most of us need that extra push. we all make mistakes and this is my version of a new start. we all need that when things get too bad. i’ve disappointed too many people in life and made too many mistakes. because you are reading this now i am on my way to be a better person and lead a better life. i am going to let go of the one i’m in love with who doesn’t love me back and find someone else to love. i will be a better friend because no one deserves it more then my friends. i will be a better daughter for my parents and sister for my sister since all i have done is disappoint them so far in these 18 years. so take the following advice. it has sprouted for many mistakes and is carefully thought out. I have hopes that this will reach someone, and give them an extra nudge to live their life to the fullest.
so live.
take every opportunity. cross every line. embrace all love. your life deserves a soundtrack. make one. smile. make mistakes but learn from them. gain knowledge at every given opportunity. Look up at the world and face it with confidence. Love yourself. Love everyone around you despite their imperfections. Explore life. make memories. Be open. Welcome every day with excitement at what may come. No one is perfect and know you will never be. Fall in love. Make memories desired to be forever in your heart. Be accepting of anything and everything that comes your way. Don’t try to change yourself, it doesn’t work. Shine your light on those stuck in the dark. Make standards for yourself and try to keep them. When you break them make new ones. Take life and make your own path. Just be you. Love others. Have hope. Look past the bad in the world and see all of the beauty in the good. Do not let go of something you can’t handle losing. Don’t look through the little things, they mean more then you will know. Take off your leash and let yourself run free.
