I finally managed to quit drinking Mt. Dew…and also caffeine altogether. It’s truly lovely. I’ve lost weight, I sleep better (and fall asleep more easily, yay!), and just feel better in general.

I’ve kicked the habbit but it’s hard to stay on the wagon. It’s so easy just to buy more and start again even after weeks without it! But I know it’s worth it and I know it’ll be so much better for me in the long run!
