..my dad din’t need much help on this. He’s keeping himself busy restoring one of his property not too far from where we live. He doesn’t do it all by himself, so I won’t worry about him over-exerting himself. Luckily, the guy who helps him out on these jobs is completely reliable. Right now, he’s started on another pet project – scanning old pics saving them from storage oblivion. I’m already cringeing realising how my teenange pics are going to be immortalised. Let’s hope they don’t end up on Flickr anytime soon!

My dad went to his squad mate reunion last Sunday. It took a lot of coaxing on our part but I bet he was glad that he went despite the initial reluctance.
I suggested that he set up a blog to maintain contact with his squad buddies and share information and pics from the recent reunion. He got excited at the idea and two nights ago I set up his first blog. He encountered a few glitches last night and was quite frustrated by the complicated dashboard features. I probably need to simplify this for him greatly. Maybe provide ideas on what other stuff he can do or add to make the blog more exciting. I’m not a blog whiz myself (that’s why I stick to 43T) but I’m sure we can take it simple for starters.
