Running is the easiest way to stay in shape. You just put on your gear and head out the door. The thing I like the most about running is when I’m done! Then, I can go out and not feel so self conscious about what I eat.
I wish I could enjoy it as much as I enjoy swimming!
I really only enjoy running outside but it is so darn cold early in the mornings and at night when I have time to run. I am braving through it with layers upon layers of clothes!! I guess after running through the bad seasons, running in the Spring will be a breeze!
It is such a great way to stay in shape, but I HATE every step. I need to find a way to enjoy it.
Tonight when my dad and I got back from the hardware store, it was so nice out. Windy and cool cause it was just about to rain—so I took advantage of the opportunity and went for a little run.
Some guy in a red Camaro honked his horn as he came up behind me and whistled as he drove by. That felt good.
