get my oil changed

I just moved to a new town across the country… instead of Jiffy Lube they have Snappy Lube.

Oil changes are $20 this week. My butt needs to go over there.

And, I love it. Was told that I should get my oil changed fairly soon after buying it, since new cars might have little bits and pieces and debris left over from the factory. But, I still haven’t yet had it changed.

Must do that… soon.

I was supposed to get my oil changed one thousand miles ago…my soon-to-be stepdad gave me a card that will give me free oil changes, and I misplaced it (thinking I was putting it some place smart, I’m sure- it’s probably floating around my car, who knows). If I don’t find it by this Friday, I’m just going to buck up and pay for it to be done. I spend too much every month on my car payment to neglect important things like this.

I was supposed to do this at 104ish and I’m at 107…Is that really bad? I need to go get it changed, like today because I’m going home tomorrow. And home is a good 500 miles.

i told them i forgot a coupon and i got it for $19.99!
AND they threw in some free wiper blades, yayyyyy, esp. cuz this weather we’re having!

i’m wayyy past my 3000 miles mark…i’m overdue!

shawn got tires on his car and by filling out a credit card application (that i got accepted for! and that the tires were put on!) he got a free oil change. since he needs a new oil pan for his car we are going to do mine instead! awesome! soon it will be moms car. :)

jesus $75 for a synthetic oil change!? last time i had it done it was $50.

I did it. That wasn’t so hard.
