I did try a new recipe like a week ago and it turned out great.
It was pretty simple, little pieces of pork, green and red peppers, salt, oregano and olive oil. Then,I wrapped the pork and the pieces of peppers in aluminum foil and put ithem in the oven for about 40 minutes in medium heat.
I just want to try another one that’s just a little bit more challenging.
I’m thinking caramel cake!

Cooking is one of my favorite hobbies;I like gathering all the ingredients and creating something delicious from scratch and treat my self and my friends and family.
It somehow helps me relax and while I cook or bake,Iclean my thoughts and I feel as if I just had a good yoga class.
I’m more of a baker than a cook, since I love baking sweet treats and have a household smelling of baked goods and warmth.I’d really like to try a new cake recipe, something that I have never tasted before,so I’m gonna be browsing till I find the right recipe.

Lately lots of soup. Senegalese peanut soup, yellow pepper and pine nut soup, cream of tomato soup. Soup, soup, soup.

WeightWatchers five ingredient, 15 minute cookbook. I got it because the recipes look soooo good and only 5 ingredients! wow. 15 minutes…I can spare that. Great thing is because it’s weightwatchers, all the nutritional information is listed for my FitDay program. And the recipes are overall healthy.

I tried a new recipe for shrimp dip. I served it on fresh biscuits. It was very good. I had the remainder of it with Wheat Thins later on, and it was even better after sitting for a couple of days.

I am going to try a small recipe. I’d like to do a little shrimp dip that could be used on a biscuit. I found online, and now my husband is out buying all of the materials necessary to make it and supper. I’m getting very hungry though.

I tried making ‘Maple Nut Crunch’ in order to use up some of the abundance of Life Cereal we seem to have (thank you, Sam’s Club!) and it turned out great! It was a nice addition to our New Year’s snack table, and now my tried and true recipe folder will have a new addition! Next I want to try the bbq crunch recipe and use up even more of the cereal. I bet it’ll be tasty, too!
In fact, I won’t get rid of this goal until I try that one, too.

new recipes

I want to try something new. I also have some ingredients in stock in large quantities… my new recipe must include at least one of the following: walnuts, Life cereal, craisins, cocoa powder, rice, or garlic.
I’ll probably add this goal periodically because I need to do this more often, and if they end up being good ones I can add them to my recipe folder to be typed into a book.
