The gym is cutting into my Wii time, but it seems like a good thing, soo…
The Wii Fit is AWESOME though, and I really enjoy it… Rhythm boxing, ski slalom, hula hoops, and running are my favs…

Nintendo customer support ROCKS! We got our replacement in less than two weeks & I’ll be installing it this weekend…
We sent it back to Nintendo & they say they’ll replace it… I miss it, though!
so I haven’t done 30 minutes every day, but I do use it after dinner on my light workout days… Rhythm Boxing is just the BEST! And I still can’t believe what a great workout I get with the Hula Hoops… Pretty cool.
The yoga exercises have really pumped up my confidence… I always thought of myself as someone with terrible balance, but Wii says I’m a yoga master, so go figure…
In one day? Not bloody likely…
But the second level of hula hoops was a blast!
It’s SO fun… The hula hoop is such a good time… The skiing is fun, and I just LOVE the running because I can do it indoors on carpet!
Realistically, I probably won’t do it every single day because I work out in lots of different ways, but it’s cool having something to do when the weather is bad & I don’t feel like going to the gym or the pool…

This one is not going to work for me. Though I do the body test everyday, I am taking up running now. I will do a marathon before I try to Wiifit regularly.

I have not been doing thirty minutes yet but I am starting tomorrow. I have done about 20 a day till now. I really am enjoying it. The hula hoop game always makes me laugh my head off. And I love the charts!! I went from age 51 to 38 in 4 days! I still have a few years to go to get to my real age though…
