The week after I started my first good habit, I got sun poisoning and had to quit temporarily. Well in the meantime, I decided to change the goal to drink less pop for 28 days and I only have two more days to go.
I drank pop 12/26 days so far and even though that still seems like a lot, it’s definitely way less than what I was consuming before I started this goal. I’m going to continue working on this goal and I’m going to start a new one this coming Monday: Do Pilates at least 2x a week. :) 4 years ago
