The week after I started my first good habit, I got sun poisoning and had to quit temporarily. Well in the meantime, I decided to change the goal to drink less pop for 28 days and I only have two more days to go.
I drank pop 12/26 days so far and even though that still seems like a lot, it’s definitely way less than what I was consuming before I started this goal. I’m going to continue working on this goal and I’m going to start a new one this coming Monday: Do Pilates at least 2x a week. :) 4 years ago


solum_in_somniisGood Habit #1: Week 1

The first good habit I’d like to start is to walk home from work twice a week. It’s only 2 miles, but after work I sometimes feel a little blah so it’s hard to get motivated. However, I’ve found that not only do I like walking home, but that I arrive at my apartment only 10 minutes later than if I had taken the overly crowded bus.

I’d also like to say that I already walked home twice this week. So one week down, 3 more to go! 5 years ago
