Thinking
The toughest thing about a business is what to provide. Why? Because you may have an idea of what is needed or you may not. But in order to make sure you service the client/customer you need to KNOW what they want.

Knowing
The quickest way I’ve found to find out what people want is to join groups and read the forums. People ask what they want and you hear other’s opinions on the issue.

I Am Different
One thing I have found is I have to do the unusual. It is not necessary working harder or longer. More like working with passionate focus.

Many Little Things
There are literally thousands of things I have to do to make this work. I guess I could sit back and do the bare minimum but when you want to help people the bare minimum just doesn’t cut it.

Think, Act Quickly
I spend a lot time thinking, reading and trying to ensure people get everything they need. And I spend an equal amount of time trying to make sure what they get is focused and usable.

Be All In
Finally, I see that when you are invested in your clients your always seeing new ways that you can help. Things that you can improve. When I work on one thing 2 other things sprout up. It is exciting and intimidating at the same time.

I guess this is why people should only do what they love; else you will be easily overwhelmed, put out a crappy service/product or give up. 18 months ago
