Stop biting & chewing on EVERYTHING

i haven’t bit a pen lid in so long at least 3 months.. but i have been chewing on other things instead damn it lol have to try harder lol

I just can’t stop i always watch out for things to chew on or that look chewable lol i am dead serious. at the moment i am chewing on cotton wool. . i love chewing on pens on clothes ocasionally like when im wearing a hoody and you know those strings that hang down i can’t resist putting them in my mouth. even my bed cover. my god i sound so strange its just a really bad outa control habit. When i was over in china i don’t remember chewing anything and as soon as i came home i imediately started again. but suprisingly i never bite my nails i have to work on this goal. i both a whole load of new pens over in china and i want to keep them in good condition with no teeth marks lol. i will nip this habbit in the bud this summer
