post a new poem in my bathroom every week for a year

i really loved this idea and decided to do it my senior year of college. i was living in university housing, so i shared the bathroom with girls on my floor and all our guests.
i never advised anyone that i was doing it, and sometimes people would return from the bathroom and say, “have you read that awesome poem on the wall in there?” i posted a new one every sunday night so it was ready for monday morning, and i really think people looked forward to them. it even made me look forward to monday morning. this is an easy thing to do but it goes a long way, and it’s a nice way to learn new poetry and expose others to poetry.
