I’ve always been impressed with how open OasisOfCalm is with her emotions. She’s been honest with us about how she slipped and cut herself again. She’s asked questions about depression and ways to break the funk. She’s lamenting her break up of a year long relationship, while sharing her attempts to go out instead of staying holed up.

So here are some hugs to her, because she asked for them, and because she deserves them.

I didn’t have the most great of nights, and what I REALLY need right now is a hug. Cyber or else.. but yes, it’s time like this that this goal really means something. Not that it doesn’t if I was happy, though, because of course it does!! (Wouldn’t it be great if I was just happy too?)
