In the past month, I’ve been facing my most serious weight gain since I started keeping track – I’m just barely below 22 now. I’m mystified by it: if anything, I’m more active than before, and I don’t think I’m eating that much or that badly. For a while, my body wanted to lose weight, and all I had to do was not screw it up. Now I feel like it’s swinging in the opposite direction, which means that I will need a more structured approach. Hmmm.
