Ended the war between the United States and Great Britain. What was amazing about this treaty was that the King of England passed ownership of the former colonies into the hands of the “citizens” of the new USA. That was a revolutionary concept, that the People, owned their own country. That is an idea that is lost today since most people believe that the government owns the country. So many ideas of the Founding Fathers are being violated today, it is ridiculous. Here is a link to that treaty in case anyone would like to read it.
