don't drink for a month

This one is going to be a bit difficult. Not that I’m an alcoholic or that abuse alcohol but it just seems to be what we do with our friends. My fiance and I have made a sober decision of going a month without alcohol of any kind. For one the fights that we do have are all under the influence. If we can not have that as a trigger and just talk things through then maybe we’ll have better communication in our relationship. The second main reason is that we seem to have gained weight recently. Its not all from the drinking but I’m sure it doesn’t help. Sunday was our first day without having a glass of wine or a cold beer. This weekend will be hard as we are going to a wedding out of town. We’ll see.
