3 people want to do this…

Enjoy unmarried life for as long as it lasts, giving the look of death to anyone who refers to unmarried women as old maids or spinsters. Oh, and I like cats. So deal with it.

I love this goal...  — 1 month ago

Spending an extended period of time single is one of the greatest choices I ever made. It has given me a chance to really discover myself and do things I would have put off otherwise (like traveling and having random adventures).

Having only me to take care of (and to get myself out of sticky situations) has given me a new outlook on life and when I feel ready to settle down, I will. That person will have the best ‘me’ they can get.

In the meantime, Meow! to anyone who thinks I should rush to get married.

catherine's daughter is so happy at losing 8.6 lbs. ... Yea!!

Miss Kiki created this goal, I cheered it once and tried to again when I got the message “You have already cheered this goal”. That is when I decided to add this to my list. I hope being married once does not eliminate me from this goal. Isn’t a “spinster” or an “old maid” someone that never married? Well, on my + years on this earth, I only spent 4 of them being a married person. Besides, Barbara told me to add another goal that she hadn’t cheered yet.

Oh yes, and I have two cats, Mikey that showed up at my doorstep 11 years ago and then there is Ozzy, I adopted him when my son died nearly nine years ago.

    Call me what you want!!!

    miss kiki is so sleepy!

No VD for me, thankyouverymuch.  — 1 year ago

Ok, since Christmas and New Year’s is over it’s time for Valentine’s Day, the time of year hardest on singles (women in particular). It’s hard to escape the constant barrage of tv, radio, and newspaper ads and general idea that if you aren’t attached to that special someone to buy you diamonds, flowers, longerie or a fancy dinner (which as a silly female you need to prove that someone loves you or else – but that’s a whole different rant), there’s something wrong.
