by living with roommates off-campus and working. I told him this would save about $15,000 a year in tuition. I had some anxiety and guilt about asking him; guilt that I couldn’t provide him with his college education. He was fine with the idea. It will be a character building experience for him and I believe he’s motivated to finish college and won’t get off track.

and I haven’t seen him since September. He’s skinnier, his hair’s bushy, but he’s grown up some; this is nice to see. I’m so happy to have him home again and so proud of his increasing independence and accomplishments.

in Olympia, WA on September 25th. We’ll go the 19th and attend the New Student Orientation activities the weekend of September 20th and 21rst. It’s a big step and I’m excited for him.
