    Wow, Scales Just said 55kg! 3 years ago

    I either weigh 55kgs or the scales I just bought are broken, it could actually be either as I used the school scales two weeks ago and it said 60kg, but I was wearing shoes etc and had just eaten lunch, I have been exercising and eating better, I have been walking the stairs- (all 6 flights up and down as extra exercise- at first I thought it was going to kill me!) So I will consider the scales my friend and this goal achieved, Now on to become more fit and toned :-)

    I have put on about 20kgs since I left High School & it’s all because I have been really lazy. The plan is to be well on the way to my goal weight by summer
