redecorate

I got home yesterday and my mum had attempted to paint my walls. it looked dreadful so I had to buy some more paint and sand the drastic painting down ill be painting back over it tomorrow just in time for the carpet on Thursday.

its coming on wednesday!

carpets being fitted next week so only like 2 weeks to go till its all done :))

we are on to painting!

I took down three wardrobes and peeled most of the paint off the walls.

i have to clear out my room just a bit.
yeah, a lot.
i have enough money saved, and will probably start in a couple weeks!
can’t wait :)

So the living room, mine and my sister’s bedrooms are painted, plus the hallways and the spare room. the couch is now in the house, and the carpets will be next week. Also next week my boyfriend and i are going to be painting the kitchen.
the holes are still in the walls, and we still need a dishwasher. hopefully once the living room is done it will actually start to look like a home. :)

my patio, our game room, the dining room, etc. WHERE’S THE MONEY?

My sister and i are moving in together this summer, we already have the house and it is a mess! hopefully a perfessional cleaning crew will be coming in (compliments of my dad/landlord) but there’s still a lot of work to do.
we picked out the paint for all of the rooms. i am excited that i get to decorate my own room for the first time.
we found the perfect couch, matches the living room colors and the right price. we’re getting it wednesday.
there are a few holes in the ceiling/walls that will have to get fixed, and also new locks, dish washer and dryer. but there isnt that many problems otherwise. :)

I got my new dresser today (finally!) The contractor is supposed to come next Monday and put in the new kitchen sink-I’ll believe it when it happens. Then the other guy will put the new windows in sometime in late October. After that, I suppose it’s my call on when to get the painters paint the rooms-it’s all logistics at that point.
