    “Outliers” by Malcolm Gladwell, analyzes successful peoples’ background and reveals a few common factors that determine success.

    As far as mastering a skill go, all it takes is 10,000 hours of practice… sounds simple enough. Works for sports, musical instruments, computer programming and hostile corporate takeovers.

    Better start practicing!
