start moving, literally

So, now is the time for change, and I am not talking about ushering a new era for an American President. I am talking about something a bit smaller, but right now more important to me. I need to stop talking, musing and thinking about getting outside my apartment (other than when I go to or from work), and actually put thought into action. I need to get these feet and this body moving….
