I bought running pants today that are bright neon pink. Hahaha. They are a bit ridiculous but I am only going to wear them when running in the dark. I just want to be more visible. They are also super warm. 6 months ago

Another 30 mins run yesterday with my girl. My knees are a bit sore today in a way that I have never felt before. Maybe I strained them a bit. Anyways, it wasn’t a great run, I didn’t really feel like running but needed to get my butt moving. I had to stop and walk quite a few times, and again, I don’t like running in the dark. I also didn’t really cool down properly and stretch afterwards. Overall not so good.
On another note, I really need to wear a toque and gloves now that its November, my ears and fingers were burning from the cold.
Next time… proper warm up and cool down. And dress for winter. 6 months ago
30 min run tonight. It felt good. I ran with the pooch around the neighbourhood, instead of in the park. It was too dark, now that the time has changed. Not sure how I feel about running in the dark, it was really hard to see and I was worried about twisting my ankle. There are a lot of street lights that are burned out I hope the city fixes that soon. I also need some running clothes that are white or light coloured so people can see me. Or maybe a headlamp would solve both those issues. Pooch was pretty well behaved. 6 months ago

Not really sure how to define this yet. I need to think on this more.
My last run was Oct 7th when I did an 8k race! I was running probably 2x a week up until that point. I need to get back to it but energy has been low. I’d like to start next week. 6 months ago
