I’ve seen “Breakfast Club”, “Pretty in Pink” and “Men Prefer Blondes”

LookingAhead has a hellacious headache.
Chose to watch “Citizen Kane” first for no other reason than it was #1 on the AFI list. Unfortunately, my reaction was, “meh.” Dunno what I’m going to watch next.
When movies were really works of art, not just a contest to see who can spend the most money on special effects and have the biggest opening weekend. Especially the MGM movies. TCM is my favorite channel ever.
Theres so many movies i’ve never seen…real oldies like casablanca, to more modern stuff like good will hunting, and saving private ryan, CASTAWAY, ohhh i wanna see that…and it’s funny, because i rent movies ALL the time…my family rents like 5 or 6 movies from blockbuster a WEEK, we are officially gold members there, but its all the new releases, and we only started doing this like 5 years ago…i missed so many good movies from the 90’s, altho i hate movies from the 80’s, but there are lots of OLD movies i like..I LOVE frank sinatra, and gene kelly, and i want to watch those old movies…preferably with someone special ;)
People see me as a movie buff, but I actually haven’t seen half of the classics! The titles:
1. James Bond [older ones with Sean Connery]
2. Casablanca
3. Gone with the wind
4. Singing in the rain
5. Rosemary’s Baby
6. E.T.
this is it for now.
