New idea. I’m going to write down what I did that made me feel like I acheieved something that day. Every day. Or …you know when I remember this goal.
So I’ll start with today.
-I cleaned the bathroom. I cleaned the kitchen. It made me happy. Accomplished.

to do this. It makes me feel like I actually did not waste my time all day spinning my wheels..so I will make sure that I do things that give me a sense of achievement

How do I do this again? 10 months ago

I want to re-add it to my list…I suppose I could continue posting entries regardless of the completed/incomplete status of this goal, but I think it’s important to me that I continue to note my progress on this goal each day.

I've always done this, every day, without realizing it... 10 months ago

Every single day that I love myself, that is a monumental achievement to me. Because for a long time, I loved myself. But I didn’t do it the way you’re supposed to.

Every single day that I love God,

...

The pen is mightier than the sword, but sometimes, words can only go so far to describe an experience.

Now that I have so much time... 10 months ago

There are so many days that I feel as though I have accomplished nothing, that I have gotten nothing done. I have all the time in the world now that I am on a leave of absence from school and I have an indefinite schedule. I think I am going to have to push myself to finish something each day, or I shall never accomplish anything…we’ll see how this goes.

I think that means I have to fit as much into a day as I can. Like, I felt like I’d accomplished something today when by the time I had to leave for work I’d done two loads of laundry gone out to get lunch and found food for the two days for this trip. Also, I called scheduling to get a day off I’d needed for jury duty meaning I had to do less when I get home. I’m trying to become more efficient so that when june 9th rolls around I’m able to do homework housework and work…work and not feel like I have no time to myself. Because I need a good hour at the end of every day to wind down and relax with my thoughts.
