Swimming is great exercise, it’s a shame I canonly swim about 50m.

I know swimming, by this i reduced my weight and I like this sport very much. I wanna learn new techniques..
But I am not getting enough time for that …
swimming a couple of times a week. harder than I remember. Not in the I-forget-to-paddle sense. but it’s really a workout. but fun. and no sweating. I think that once I get used to being in the water again and swimming laps, I might start the coached swim workshops they have here to improve my strokes.
