Joke is going to pray and read her bible, be a good child and a good sister
Singing is very good, i enjoy it when people with nice voice sing, so why can’t i sing. It will help me improve my voice as well. I know i can do it.
How I did it: Whenever I felt aggravated, especially with the kiddos, I would burst out into a song that expressed my feeling - for example" Nobody knows the trouble I'm in...nobody knows my sorrow" Usually this would make everyone stop and consider the hilarity of the situation. Read how I did it…
Zaerwen is trying.
How I did it: I sing to my daughter. I want to take voice lessons, but for working with what I've got now, I'm fairly comfortable. I really enjoy singing along with music in the car, and dancing around the living room like an idiot with my 2 year old. Read how I did it…

Have joined a choir! so this will hopefully be easier now =)
Still need to sing more at home and stuff though :p
A little over a week ago, I had to give up my voice lessons because we simply couldn’t afford it. I didn’t expect myself to be so sad and disappointed. I think it’s because I’ve learned and progressed so much. I never realized how much I loved singing until I realized I was going to stop. Then I made it a goal to never stop singing. To always keep practicing my songs because when my parents can finally afford it, I’m going to continue my lessons.
Singing makes people happy, either to be doing it or to be listening to it. When I was a kid, I used to sing all the time (like most kids). This continued until I was in my early teens and then I stopped. I’m not sure why, I think I got to be really shy, but now I’m on a mission to get back what I had.
My voice is no good, but its still fun to sing. Currently, I am trying to be less self-consious about it.

I mean – ALL the time. I was in choirs and took voice lessons all through high school and college, and sang backup vocals in a band for four years after I graduated.
Then I came to graduate school, had no choir or other musical outlet, and had a roommate for whom my singing was problematic. Not that she disliked it; but we both worked out of the apartment frequently and she had no ability to tune out external noises. So…I largely trained myself out of singing while at home.
And now I don’t do it at all, except in the car occasionally. And I HATE that. Firstly, because it was a hugely enjoyable part of my life that I don’t take advantage of anymore. And secondly, because I am losing some of my vocal range and control from not using those muscles. I think I can get it back if I work at it, but I don’t want to lose it for good!
The first step is just to sing a lot more while I’m at home. This also means listening to more music and watching less TV – also a good thing.
misti2009 is studying Japanese.
I’m not the greatest singer but I love to do it!
I have some songs I want you to check out and you can tell me how bad I am LOL ;)
haha, so I came on here and saw this goal and thought to myself…”I sing all the time… thanks to rockband!”

Well, I got Playstation 3 and Singstar from my brother for Christmas (I am spoiled rotten, I know ;p) – so hopefully this will be easier now.
