This is the goal I am chosing to put all my focus and energy into until I achieve it. And when I say “achieve” it, I mean I want to go 4 solid weeks getting in a 20 minute workout at least 4 days a week. Whether it’s cardio or weight training, before I can say I’ve done this I have to get in my three week streak. I’ll start slow and week by week increase the length of my workouts until I reach 20.
