that is how i’m doing at this goal ugh.

Now that I live alone, it’s easier for me to bring leftovers so they don’t spoil and I feel bad about letting good food to waste. Eating my own made food has helped me have more energy then when I would get food at a fast food resturant. It is worth it, 100 times over.
Monday – Salmon Sandwic
Tuesday – Egg Sandwic
Wednesday – Banana and nutrigrain bar
Tursday – Leftover pizza
Friday – Leftover chickpea curry
One of my keys is not working. Guess wich one. So annoying. Dis is like talking to someone after being to te dentist.
dang.. did very well this week.
day’s 2 and 3 were successful.. but today i had lunch from the shops.. it was yummy (vegie burger with pumpkin) but it wasn’t really from home. hmmm..
it was payday!
anyway, gonna start again next week!
soup… yum. i was worried… it is the first day after a long weekend and i just couldn’t get out of bed, so didn’t have time to grab food D’OH!
but lucky i was in an organised mood last week and had a stockpile of tins and stuff at work. nice.
are fabulous! we’ve been getting a weekly delivery and it ensures i eat well.
so now.. just gotta be organised! take food to work!
in fact, i’m off to do that now.
