How to get my motorbike licence

How I did it: It took 3 goes, (cost a few quid but I've got it for life). I tried to think of the test as another lesson to keep the nerves at bay. When I felt nervous I took some deep breaths. Tried not to rush anything. The first two fails where silly mistakes due to nerves. If you fail, keep trying. Lessons & tips: Don't panick ! try to relax and enjoy it. Remember you would not be taking the test if you where not capable of passing ! Remember to breathe !! And good luck |

How I did it: 1. Buy a shitty old bike 2. Get a few lessons so at least you know the importants like how the gears and throttle work and road positioning and where to put petrol in the bastad etc3. How I did it: Well my dad paid for my learners licence as a birthday present, so i booked the rider learning days (2 4hr days) and then took the knowledge test.It was all relatively easy, if you can ride a bicycle and drive a manual car you will have zero problems getting your licence. Okay, time has passed and it brings me great sorrow to the depths of my soul….but with me going back to start the MPharm it doesn’t look like I will have any time to get back and fix up the HQ, plus the fact that it has been 4+ months and it STILL hasn’t come up on auction. So, I’m thinking the thing I liked most about the HQ (besides it’s old-school charm and sexy styling and reliability) was the fact that it was coverted to gas = cheap to run and good(er) for the environment. Plus, when I thought about it, like 65-75% of the time I was driving myself around in the car…thats just me and 2 tonnes of steel being transported! So, the logical answer is to get a motorbike! Blood oath, cars are so obsolete anyway…
