I rarely cook unhealthy foods. it’s the supplements I buy when i’m bored at school or studying in a cafe that are causing the issue. This goal is going into completed, and the focus moves to taking responsibility for my health.

Yesterday I stewed eggplant with zucchini and tomato and onion and herbs and served up a scruptious feast of health! It feels so good to take care of myself! ..why do i have trouble remembering that sometimes..?
but my family has a history of heart problems. although im underweight, i need to start eating healthier. i don’t know how to cook, but healthy foods can’t be too difficult. isn’t it just throwing lots of vegetables into a bowl?
