My nasty toenail (due to barely too small shoes + running) has finally returned to nearly normal. So I should bite the $bullet and drop into the fancy running store. Might help with that 20 lb goal… (which might have to turn into a 30 lb goal if things are as bad as I fear without stepping on the scale in a month) 16 months ago
