How to buy new running shoes

"This was a really very easy goal to accomplish!"
How I did it: I went in to the sports store, found the running cross training shoes that I had been wanting for awhile, tried them on, got out some money and bought them!
Lessons & tips: Make sure you get a pair suited to your uses. I found the running shoes to be not suited to me as I did not like the feel of their fit- but cross training ones worked much better. The shoes I brought are about making your feet feel free, which is very suited to me.

I bought these nice New Balance shoes today. They are super light and meshy in my favorite color. Blue! they have this cool shiny blue patch on the toes and it seemed like they were glowing in the dark when i ran tonight. . .or maybe that was because i was going so fast!

i ran yesterday for the first time in months because even though i have been lifting weights pretty regularly and doing the cardio thing at the gym, i am still getting a little soft in the middle. as i was running i realized my shoes were also out of shape. :)

Today I went and bought Nike Flex running shoes. I tried them on and it felt soo good. & plus, they are not ugly. I can’t wait to take them to soccer practice and run!!

Apparently I’m an over-pronator so I got these for stability…. haven’t run in them yet but we’ll see how it goes!

Yes!! After months of research and shoes trying ons, I decided to go with the light-stability Asics even though I’ve never worn asics before. Now I just have to mod-up the laces for my nike+ipod sensor and i’m good to go!!
