How I did it: I just sat down each night and studied and worked until I was done. It eventually becomes a good habit. It was frustrating because I like to socialize. I couldn't do anything during this week.
Lessons & tips: It gets work done, so you should try this goal! But it shouldn't be a main priority, unless you haven't comepleted anything due to a distraction pattern.

I always get distracted too easily and then i end up procrastinating. So I am gonna try as hard as I can to get stuff done!!!
I love the internet, but it’s too much sometimes. Between that, and a job that is focused on reacting to a large number of small, unrelated events over the course of a day, and a somewhat crowded house I rarely get a chance to really think. about anything.
I need to find a way to spend at least 3 uninterrupted hours concentrating, at least twice a week. It doesn’t even matter what I’m thinking about. It’s important for my mental health.
