... at home for the last week, since signing up at a gym is out of the question, time and moneywise, and work is sucking 11 hours of my day.
Up at 6:45, 15 mins of elliptical, 10 mins of core strenghtening, 5 mins of yoga/Pilates for back mobility, stretching.
I haven’t been able to squeeze in any bokken routine so far, though :(

I’m at the gym starting my training program, 4 or 5 times a week (not counting martial art training). Yeah, I know, I have a flexible job right now, but I did it also when going to the gym implied being there at 8 am in order to be at work before 9:30.
The first beneficial effect is that you can easily get rid of caffeine (but then, a well done cappuccino is one of the evidences of God’s existence – I don’t want to get rid of it!)
