be an interviewee

I was first interviewed when I was 14, by the high-school radio about the Computer Science contests I had won for my high-school. The last interview was by e-mail, about my experience living in Belgium. Since then I’m keeping a low profile, or just plain ole’ braggin’ online.

More times than I remember for newspapers and magazines, and once on TV (but not live).

I’ve also had four job interviews.

I was on TV. I don’t want to do that again. Fortunately I was prepared, and I gave the newsperson a list of suggested questions to ask me. It worked out quite well for both of us.

I’m going to be interviewed again in a couple of months for a newsletter or something. That won’t be nearly as bad.

The first time I was so nervous, but I am much more relaxed now. My only concern is being misquoted, especially if I am being interviewed in an official capacity. It has happened, but not anything major.
