Guess I am at best, hit and miss on this even though I get weekly reminders. Here’s two weeks worth:

Mon 5: leftovers
Tues 6: Finnish Oven Pancakes
Wed 7: spaghetti
Thurs 8: paninis
Fri 9: Papa John’s pizza
Sat 10: Turkey with fixins’ (and since it snowed here yesterday, it felt much more like the winter holidays than Halloween season)
Sun 11: leftovers
Mon 12: turkey slop
Tues 13: beef roast
Wed 14: French meat pie (I can’t spell the actual name)
Thurs 15: meatball subs
Fri 16: Flatiron steak
Sat 17: chicken & dumplings

Sat 8: something nice because my grandmother is coming to dinner

Guess I’m only hitting this once per month. We haven’t had real interesting meals lately. We’ve had a lot of repitition of things like hot dogs and hamburgers and leftover from the freezer, mixing in veggies from the Farmer’s Market.
This week:
Sun 5: French Toast (the frozen version of our last french toast is pictured)
Mon 6: leftover pulled pork and potatoes
Tues 7: roast and peas
Wed 8: turkey burgers and broccoli
Thurs 9: quesadillas and bok choy
Fri 10: beef & pasta bake and beans
Sat 11: tilapia

Tues 26: pancakes with Farmer’s Market bacon and eggs
We’ve been shopping at a local farmer’s market since it opened on May 2. I’ve been purchasing fresh, locally grown vegetables to serve. There is also some other foods we’ll pick up for special use, such as locally made cheese, and then the cottage bacon and local eggs the kids requested again.
