    I’m down to 179 but still need a little more effort on the right food and exercise. I get out in the woods some and the gym only once a week now. Its time to test again regardless.

    and failed. I have 2 1/2 months to get my levels right. LDL is 173, needs to be 130. HDL is 39, 46 would be better.
    I refuse the drugs so I’m left with diet and exercise. So far its good. I go to the gym 3 times a week and I’ve cut out the junk. No smoking anything, no fried food, proper portions, more fresh veggies and a glass of wine with dinner. I’ll do some supplements too.
    Weighed in at 186 today, 182 is my goal but the right food is the thing.
    I see challenge is no longer an option. Figures, now I really have one.
