*Takergirl* still having trouble with my account but look me up on facebook.
A month has gonna by and nothing,I have really neglected this goal not because I don’t want to do it, but I don’t have the room dumd right? no more excuses I go outside to workout so I can do this outside too. along with my other 2 goals of the same sort arrghh….. hope to start making some lead way. No more waiting no more excuses.
Even thought it says I should start at like week 3 or 4, I think I will start at week one and do the whole 6 weeks or have ever long it takes me, I’m so ready to do this for me it’s about fitness and strength and not just getting it done.

I was talking to my good friend about this, as we’re basically the same person, so she may have wanted to do this as well. Both of us have a similar problem with our left shoulders (like it clicking when we move it and pain there). She had asked her physical therapist about push-ups and it may actually make our shoulders worse until we strengthen them with some different exercises.
So, I’m just putting this on hold for a bit until I can talk to a PT again. Le-sigh.

Day 1
I’m starting off in the 6-10 pushup range, which is actually pretty decent for me, considering how little upper body strength I believe I have. I’m not touching my chin to the ground, which I know you’re supposed to do, so I’m just going down about 6 inches above the ground. Maybe I’ll repeat this goal and do it the “real” way then. Or I’ll just keep repeating week 1 until I can do it the “real” way. Who knows?
Day 2
Man, I feel week. 10 was all I could manage at the end of the sets. And just yesterday, my friend did 100 pushups with someone sitting on his back. I hate having super buff friends. (Even my really skinny lazy friend can do 60!)
Day 3
Ughh. I was up north for a family thing and I almost forgot to do them. Did it quick on Sunday afternoon, but I was dead tired by then so they didn’t look that good. Maybe I’ll have to even repeat this week… fail

I started this and I can’t believe that I could only do 20 to begin with. Oh my oh my… But it felt great and I’m going to love this. I got the app on my phone so it’s extra fun. I can’t believe these days I’m calling exercise fun! Times certainly change!

Also got this goal take the two hundred situps challenge and this one take the two hundred squats challenge
and they all say I should start at week 3 so in a few weeks we will see I’m so ready don’t need to put this off any longer.

I fell in the 3rd Rank of 15-29 pushups. I might have been able to do 30, but was a little concerned that I have an aneurism.

I’ll be starting this challenge next tuesday (which marks six weeks since giving birth). My beautiful husband reckons I won’t be able to master 100 push ups – so I am super determined to complete the challenge and prove him wrong :P
Nothing wrong with a little extra incentive!

I can start this goal very soon – just need to give my body a few weeks to chill out after such a traumatic labour. Then I can get stuck into this!
